This is a lovely, four bedroom, three bath, modern cottage on the East shore waterfront of Seneca Lake.  While it’s a little further than most of our homes, it’s a lovely spot and you can be on the campus in about a half hour drive.

Enter on the lake-side ground floor into a sitting room/office area.  To the right is a queen bedroom with a lake view, and to the rear is a rec room with a wet bar, refrigerator and a Foosball table, and a full bath with walk-in shower.  Up the stairs enter into a modern kitchen with an adjacent dining room and living room areas in an open floor plan which opens onto a spacious balcony deck, equipped with a barbeque and an awning for the late day sun, and overlooking the lake. Down the hall to the rear is a full bath with shower, and 3 bedrooms, one guest room with a queen, another guest room with two bunk beds, and the master bedroom with a queen and an en suite full bath with shower.  Sleeps up to six adults and four children.
